Refund policy

We want you to have a seamless experience while purchasing only this heart. If you are unsatisfied with your order, we offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your book to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the book must be:
- In the same condition as received (unused and undamaged).
- With its original packaging intact.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:
- Go to the Returns Page
- Enter your order number and registered phone number or email to locate your order.
- Select the product you wish to return.
- Provide a reason for return and upload product images if required.
- Choose your refund method and enter the relevant details (Bank Account / UPI ID).
- Confirm your pickup address.
- Submit your request.
If your return is approved, we will schedule a pickup within 2-3 days. Once we receive the book, the refund will be credited within 24-48 hours.
Note: A flat ₹60 deduction will apply to cover return shipping fees.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take utmost care in delivering your order, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect book, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
